We make holograms in HD and cinematic quality which can be embedded as pre-recorded content into existing websites and apps, or livestreamed.

The next stage of our company’s growth requires a true operations champion who will be instrumental in identifying opportunities to improve our operating model and drive operational practices that not only engage and motivate our people but also enable the business to achieve its growth aspirations.
This role reports directly to the COO.
Operational Practices. Define, develop, benchmark and rollout cross-company enablers. This spans across internal comms, ways of working, objectives and key results (OKRs), sharing, collaboration and reporting, whilst ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day.
Commercial. Help manage policy and regulatory matters ensuring the business is legally compliant. Manage time-sensitive, critical matters across the business including some investor and partner relations and associated administration.
Strategic initiatives. Plan, execute and systemise to get projects off the ground. Work closely with senior team members and know when to transition others in to professionalise.
People Operations. The first point of contact for day to day HR matters and administration whilst building strong relationships at all levels fostering trust, safety and wellbeing across the organisation.
You will be highly hands-on with cross-functional operational experience and appreciate what it genuinely takes to scale an investment backed hyper growth technology business.
Strong commercial acumen and experienced in making successful recommendations of change and communicating them across the key stakeholders in a business persuasively.
You can prioritise effectively and are experienced in leading multiple project workstreams concurrently and independently.
Structured thinking and systematic approach to tackling business challenges and finding solutions having implemented business processes and organised people around them.
You must have enthusiasm for learning and the ability to cope in a fast-moving environment.
